Terms & conditions of sale

These terms apply to all quotations, orders and deliveries of replacement parts supplied by Anhui Changzhong Brush Industry Co., Ltd.

1. Product information & compatibility

· Product nature: we manufacture and sell compatible replacement parts for commercial floor cleaning equipment (scrubbers, sweepers). Our products include, but are not limited to, brush pads, side brushes, motors, squeegees, blades and hoses.
· Compatibility: it is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that any part fits their specific equipment make, model and serial number before ordering. Compatibility information is provided for reference only and a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed for all machine variants.
· Intellectual property: we are an independent supplier. References to third-party brand names or trademarks are made solely to identify compatible equipment and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

· Order acceptance is subject to product availability and verification of order information.
· Prices are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes or typographical errors.

· Processing time: after an order is placed we contact you to confirm the final shipping method and estimated delivery timeline, based on product availability and your location.
· Delivery and risk: title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping delays are the carrier's responsibility once the shipment is in their possession.

· General policy: due to the specialised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer error — including ordering the wrong part, incompatibility with equipment, or a change of mind.
· Warranty returns: if you believe a product is defective, contact our customer service within 3 calendar days of receiving the shipment to report the issue. We investigate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
· Resolution process: for a validated defect, our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy is, at our option, replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise determined by us.

· Warranty period: we warrant products against manufacturing defects for three (3) months from the date of shipment.
· Warranty exclusions: this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; improper installation, misuse, abuse or accidental damage; use on incompatible equipment; or any modification or repair not performed by us.
· Sole remedy: replacement or refund for the defective unit is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

· To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

· These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
