Structural design
Double-lip arc design for uniform ground pressure, with the water pickup gap controlled at 0.3mm. A wear-resistant layer raises blade thickness from 12mm to 15mm.

Installation angle optimised to 15° for the airport scrubber's 3km/h operating speed, reducing frictional resistance.
