Material Upgrade: Adopt a three-layer composite structure of food-grade PVC inner layer + nylon fiber reinforcement layer + wear-resistant TPE outer layer; the inner layer is smooth and dust-resistant, the middle layer enhances tensile resistance, and the outer layer is wear-resistant and UV-resistant
Structural Optimization: Corrugation spacing adjusted from 5mm to 3mm to increase bending flexibility; the hose connector adopts a 360° rotating design to reduce bending stress; a hydrophobic coating is added to the inner wall, increasing water/sewage flow speed by 15%
Process Improvement: The hose and connector adopt an integrated injection molding process to avoid water leakage risks; wear-resistant stripes are added to the tube body to extend the outer layer’s service life
